For 25+ years I’ve worked with 20 digital agencies across the U.S. and Canada, contributing to approximately 1,000 projects across a wide range of industries and platforms. I’ve founded three digital agencies, giving me deep empathy for agency realities — client pressures, shifting scope, and the need to deliver with speed and confidence. I operate fluently across client partner, delivery operations, project management, user experience, and functional analysis, allowing me to integrate quickly and add value from day one. Agencies often engage me to strengthen operational and PMO practices, and I increasingly use AI-powered tools to produce workflows, working prototypes and production software that improves clarity, alignment, and delivery momentum.
I’m a senior product manager who builds and scales digital products for startups and established organizations across the U.S. and Canada. I’ve led complex product cycles from discovery through delivery, owning strategy, roadmaps, execution, and cross-functional alignment across design, engineering, and go-to-market teams. I’ve supported and implemented AI-enabled features and workflows within production products. I'm an expert vibe coder and can create full funcitonal prototypes and working production level software. I thrive in ambiguous environments, bringing structure and momentum to high-impact initiatives while helping teams ship high-quality, user-centered products.
